Reservations

RESERVATION INFORMATION

• For reservations and any other inquiries, please email the Treasurer at treasurer@rcpoa.org.

• Reservations for the facility need to include individual's name and/or department name, email address, phone number, mailing address.

• Reservations are only allowed from Members or Agency who are current in their dues.

• Reservations are based on first come/first served basis and are not officially reserved until the fees are paid.

• Once your reservation is confirmed, the Treasurer will instruct you on how to make your payment.

RESERVATION FEES

• Individual Member (for private function)  ......................   $ 50.00 per day

• Individual Member or Company (for profit) ..................    $ 200.00 per day 

• Law Enforcement Agency ............................................    $ 0.00 per day

• Conceal Carry Classes .................................................  $10.00 per student (must submit a roster to the Treasurer

       (Requires agency to be current on their Departmental Range Assessment of $ 10.00 per Officer)

RESERVATION RULES

• Clean up the buildings and grounds:

  • Pick up and dispose of any trash.  Take the trash and place it in the dumpster.

• Check the kitchen, including the oven, for any left-over food and remove it from the building.

• Check all appliances to make sure that they are turned off, turn down the HVAC, and ensure that there is no water running.

• DO NOT leave any unattended fires.

• Secure all buildings.  Please check all windows and make sure that no one has unlocked on.

• Ensure that the gate is secure after everyone has left.
