• Maintenance and grounds

  • Maintenance issues such as plumbing problems, downed cables, broken equipment, etc. should be reported immediately by emailing the Treasurer at treasurer@rcpoa.org

  • Ground issues such as high grass, trees down, etc. should be reported immediately by emailing the Treasurer at treasurer@rcpoa.org

• Dumpster:  If the dumpster is starting to fill, please email the Treasurer at treasurer@rcpoa.org.  Please do not wait until the dumpster is over- flowing before reporting it.
