Membership
ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP: If you are a sworn Law Enforcement Officer with power of arrest in Rowan County or you are a sworn Law Enforcement officer with power of arrest and live in Rowan County, you are welcomed to join the Rowan County Peace Officers Association as an active member.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP: An associate membership is available to individuals who are non-sworn, but provide emergency services to law enforcement (i.e.: telecommunicators, swat medics, retired officers). The Rowan County employment/residency requirement still applies to associate membership.
