Firing Range Rules

Hours of Operation

    Monday-Saturday..........10:00 am  -  10:00 pm

    Sunday...............................1:00 pm  -    7:00 pm

• Always secure targets to cardboard backers and not to cable

• DO NOT SHOOT or Secure Targets to Wooden Poles

• Clean up Brass and Shell casing and place in trash containers or buckets

• Always remember Range Safety, keeping weapons pointed down range into the berm or backstop

• NO Skeet shooting is allowed on the Range

(The Skeet Clay Target thrower has been removed, due to incident / problems with shot falling on houses in the area.  All projectiles need to be aimed at the berm / backstop.)

• FIREARMS Instructors are reminded that when using lighting, to turn ON/OFF individual lights as needed, and not to use the MAIN Breaker as a single switch. 

• Be sure to police up the range when leaving, placing all trash, targets, cardboard backers, shell boxes, etc. in the trash cans or Dumpster, making sure it is secure so it does not blow out.

• Any member found to be violating the Range Rules will be terminated.

Again...  Please use Cardboard backers on the range cable..  DO NOT hang paper plates and balloons from the cables.  You're not that good!   When you're just 3" high, you'll hit the cable and it will be on the ground again.
