RESERVATION INFORMATION
For reservations and any other inquiries, please email the Treasurer at treasurer@rcpoa.org.
Reservations for the facility need to include individual's name and/or department name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
Reservations are only allowed from Members or Agency who are current in their dues.
Reservations are based on first come/first served basis and are not officially reserved until the fees are paid.
Once your reservation is confirmed, the Treasurer will instruct you on how to make your payment.

RESERVATION FEES
Individual Member (for private function) ...................... $ 50.00 per day
Individual Member or Company (for profit) .................. $ 200.00 per day
Law Enforcement Agency ............................................ $ 0.00 per day
Conceal Carry Classes ................................................. $10.00 per student (must submit a roster to the Treasurer
(Requires agency to be current on their Departmental Range Assessment of $ 10.00 per Officer)
RESERVATION RULES
Clean up the buildings and grounds:
Pick up and dispose of any trash. Take the trash and place it in the dumpster.
Check the kitchen, including the oven, for any left-over food and remove it from the building.
Check all appliances to make sure that they are turned off, turn down the HVAC, and ensure that there is no water running.
DO NOT leave any unattended fires.
Secure all buildings. Please check all windows and make sure that no one has unlocked on.
Ensure that the gate is secure after everyone has left.
